To become a credible and thriving organization, capacity building is necessary through strategic planning and implementation. The strategies below focus on achievable outcomes over the next five years. There is no doubt that successful implementation will require hard work, forward thinking, and relationship building. The strategic plan lays out a framework that should be assessed and transformed along the way if necessary.
