Grand Woods Park is owned by the City of Lansing, but operated by Delta Township.  From the Waverly Rd Exit off of I-496, go 1.8 miles north to W Willow Hwy.  Turn left and go west one half mile to where N Willow Hwy curves north. Rounding the curve, go almost a half mile north to the park entrance.  W Willow Hwy continues west, but go straight into the park.  Once in the park take the left fork 0.3 miles to the access point at the river.  The restrooms are located near the fork.
