Mill Street Access Site: City Lot #7 Canoe and Kayak Launch is located at the end of Mill Street east of S Clinton Trail/N Main Street at the north end of the downtown area of Eaton Rapids.
The launch site is limited to canoes and kayaks. Horner Mill can be seen in the background.

Highland River Adventures is located adjacent to the parking lot. The access above the dam is owned by the livery.
Highland River Adventures owns the access above the dam. Please be considerate of the private property if portaging the dam.
Mill Street Dam. This is a mandatory portage if paddling down from upstream. However access below the Eaton Rapids Dam is very limited, so most paddlers will launch below this dam.
Primitive Toilet and refuse barrels are available, but not drinking water.
There is a second dam on the East (right) side of the island at Mill Street. Portage river left before the island is mandatory.
