Grand-River-Park_109_24_InchOne mile downriver from Waverly Park lays Grand River Park. The park is home to the Lansing Boat Club, as well as facilities for the Lansing Oar and Paddle Club and MSU Rowing Team. The park is outfitted with a boat launch and is the docking location of the Michigan Princess.

The Michigan Princess was christened on June 21, 1991 by John Engler, the Governor of Michigan at the time. The riverboat is now 110 feet long, can hold up to 500 guests and travels at a speed of 7 knots. The Michigan Princess is also Michigan’s only triple deck river boat, river cruise.
